Xinjiang chef’s news dish “Pizza Nang”
Pizza nang, a new dish created by a cook in Aksu of China's Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, has delighted diners' taste buds. The cook says people of Xinjiang would rather go without meat for a day than without nang for half a day.
