Asigul’s promotion
Working at a clothing factory in Xinjiang, Asigul was selected as a young employee representative because of her strong work ethic. The exciting new role brought her challenges of communicating with employees from mixed backgrounds. When some people perceived her as inexperienced, she worked hard to identify fellow workers’ needs and confidently handle all-level communications.
