From vine to international table: Xinjiang grapes reach global markets

Xinjiang's grape season has started as more than 500,000 mu (33,333.33 hectares) of grape plantations in Turpan city are ready for harvest. Apart from being distributed nationwide, the fresh grapes from Turpan have already made their way to countries like Vietnam and Thailand.

This year, with a grape planting area of 543,800 mu (36,253.33 hectares), the expected yield is projected to surpass 1.4 million tons.
