Just back from an eye-opening journey through Xinjiang, where a delegation of 11 Russian media representatives delved deep into the region's evolving landscape from Aug 4 to 7.

Venturing through bustling markets, museums, enterprises, and mosques, they witnessed firsthand the dynamic changes in Xinjiang's economy, culture, religious freedom, and rural revitalization.

"Walking through the ancient streets of Kashgar, marveling at the blend of tradition and modernity in the mosques, savoring the hard-won drinking water of Jiashi county, and exploring the village life, I truly felt the essence of Xinjiang," said Ania Fedorova, senior creative producer with RT Creative Lab.

Koshev Gennady Olegovich, deputy editor-in-chief of Interfax Information Services Group, kept sharing what he experienced in Xinjiang with his family and friends in Russia. "We've always known Xinjiang was progressing, but we were astonished by the rapid pace of development and the genuine happiness of the local people."
